By road from Ipswich: follow the A12 north past Woodbridge and Wickham Market, towards Lowestoft. Around 750m after leaving the village of Farnham, turn right into our signed entrance (500m before the A1094 turning to Aldeburgh / Snape). Follow the long drive towards the farmhouse and car park. The accommodation can be found on the right hand side of the farmhouse and main barn, just before the entrance to our caravan site.

By road from Lowestoft: follow the A12 south past Yoxford and Saxmundham, towards Ipswich. 500m after the A1094 turning to Aldeburgh / Snape, turn left into our signed entrance (around 750m before the village of Farnham). Our nearest bus-stops are in Farnham village, half a mile away. These are on routes to the north & east (e.g. Saxmundham, Aldeburgh, Lowestoft) and to the south (e.g. Wickham Market, Woodbridge, Ipswich).

Our nearest railway station is Saxmundham, 2.4 miles away.  Hourly services to Ipswich, Woodbridge and Lowestoft. Connect at Ipswich for frequent services to Felixstowe, Norwich, Cambridge, Peterborough, Bury St. Edmunds and London Liverpool Street.

We’re also conveniently located for Stena Line ferries docking at Harwich International (from Hoek van Holland) and travellers flying via London Stansted Airport.
